- While you're travelling: We've made your booking details more accessible, with all the important information you need to know in one place. For flight-only bookings, that includes your flight's status, and for package holiday bookings, you'll see your hotel details, travel vouchers, transfer information and exciting excursions available in your resort. Version 9.8.0

Great news! It's now even easier to provide feedback after your trip. We’ve added a link on your ‘saved booking’ page which has multiple options to choose from to let us know about your experience. Leave us a review, fill out our survey or get in touch with us directly. We've also added the all-new friends and family feature in your myJet2 account, so it’s even simpler to add others to your booking. Some other enhancements and bug fixes have also been worked on for an improved app experience.​

Poor design

This app needs some serious work. The navigation is very confusing and error handling very poor. If it helps anyone else, we had a flight time change and the app correctly showed this but nowhere did it say we had to call the booking agent to actually accept the change. The app didn’t give any direction and so behaved in a way where you couldn’t check in. The app would keep logging out, be unresponsive sometimes and the menu would change and lose options. As a product manager myself, I would never allow such a poor design out to the public. Wasted my time and caused frustration.
Update: To the dev that wrote the response below… I now understand what the problem was but the point was that the UX was so poor it was confusing, wasted my time and caused frustration for me and my wife. This needs looking at in order to give a user centric experience.

Hi, if there is no check box available for you to accept your flight time changes, then this was booked through a travel agent. They will need to accept the change for you before you can access manage my booking and check in. The number for them can be found on the schedule change notice you have mentioned when you log in.

App doesn’t work in IPhone Xr

Downloaded app from the US using an iPhone Xr, however nothing is loading and I am unable to retrieve my booking, login to my account or view either the home or offers tab.
